My real estate career of over a decade started by renovating and either renting or selling properties. I dedicated my time, enthusiasm, and passion to complete them the way I would like to live in each of those homes.  This “grass routes” process helped me learn the value of homes and how to properly prepare them to be sold.  It gave me a solid perspective to work with both buyers and sellers.

After 7 years with another large Broker firm in Indianapolis, I had the opportunity to partner with another real estate consultant, Lydia Stauder, who shares the same beliefs, passions and love for helping people to reach their home ownership or selling goals. Together we have formed The Priority 1 Team under The Tony English Reality Group because Lydia and I had similar expertise and believed in the importance of offering a high level of service.

Earning the Senior Real Estate Specialist certification (SRES), enables me to understand people’s needs as they make life transitions. With this designation, I appreciate your needs and can help you examine the best home for your individual goals. 

Being accredited in Home Staging (ASP) helps me make the sale of your home occur in a shorter period of time and for a higher price. Lydia and I stage all our listings for this reason.

As a certified as a Foreclosure Prevention Specialist (FPS) added another skill dimension to help sellers caught in today’s housing market … unable to afford their home. People find it comforting to know that they can receive expert advice. 
 
Most important in my professional life, I have started businesses and have been in administrative and educational levels at Indiana University.
